GENERAL INFORMATION
These General Conditions of Sale relate to the remote purchase of products, made via telematic network on the website https://cammalleristore.com/, belonging to the Cammalleri Store Legal Representative (hereinafter referred to as Cammalleri Store), located in Caltanissetta (CL). Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree 206/05; information directed to the conclusion of the contract will be subject to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 196/03.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
The contracts for the sale of products on the website https://cammalleristore.com/ are considered concluded when the purchase order made by the customer arrives to Cammalleri Store and the latter accepts it. Cammalleri Store will promptly send the customer a receipt of the purchase order made by the customer.
By submitting their purchase order electronically, the customer declare that they have read and accepted these general conditions of contract and undertake to observe and respect them in their relation with Cammalleri Store.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Cammalleri Store pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 informs that personal and tax personal data acquired also verbally with reference to the commercial relationships established, supplied directly by the interested parties, or otherwise acquired within the company's activity, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulation , including their confidentiality obligations
In relation to the aforementioned, the rights referred to in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 may be exercised.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
Before submitting their purchase order, the Customer is required to carefully read these general conditions of sale. The submission of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance.
Finally, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, the Customer is required to print and keep these general conditions of sale, which have already been viewed and accepted during the contract conclusion phase.
DEFINITION OF THE ORDER
By sending the order online, the Customer transmits to Cammalleri Store a proposal to purchase the product and / or products included in the cart. When the Customer places an online order for the products they have placed in the cart, they agree to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale.
Cammalleri Store will communicate to the Customer the acceptance and confirmation of the order.
In particular Cammalleri Store will not accept orders:
- if the material was not available in the warehouse at the time of the order and / or
- if the Customer cannot or does not want to pay using credit cards (Paypal) or bank transfer.
PURCHASE METHOD
The Customer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated on-line in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, at the price indicated therein to which are added the delivery costs as specified on the site.
All sales prices are expressed in Euros and VAT inclusive.
The availability of the products may vary as it is linked to the actual presence of the product in the physical store.

Before submitting the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product is summarized, the total cost in case of purchase of multiple products and the related delivery costs.
Once the purchase order has been sent, the customer will receive an e-mail from Cammalleri Store confirming that the purchase order has been received and containing the information relating to the main characteristics of the purchased product, the detailed indication of the price, the delivery costs, applicable taxes and payment methods.
PAYMENT
The customer can make the due payment by choosing one of the following methods listed.
Payment by credit card: in case the consumer intends to make the payment by credit card, they can use the payment procedure with PayPal, suitable to ensure the confidentiality of the data provided by customers. REST OF THE WORLD:

Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are charged to the customer. The relative amount is to be paid to the courier in the manner that will be indicated by the courier itself.
The couriers are GLS and Bartolini with standard service and the package will arrive within 48 working hours from time of shipment. The customer will receive the tracking number directly from the courier to track the shipment.
Cammalleri Store guarantees the delivery of the goods within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the transaction.
The package will be sent from the moment of payment. Orders received on the weekend (by Saturday evening at 8 pm) will be processed on the following Monday morning, if the order is received on Sunday evening the package will be sent on the following Tuesday morning.
In the case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, at the address indicated by him in the order, the package will go into storage and will be returned for delivery 3 more times. After the third time, the package returns to the sender (Cammalleri Store) and the store reserves the right to charge the customer for the transport costs related to the return.
Shipments will be prepared with cartons and recycled materials.
You can buy the product on the site and collect it in the store. If the payment was made by bank transfer, the withdrawal of the package can take place after the actual crediting of the amount due. In case of payment at the time of collection, the collection must take place no later than 3 working days otherwise the products will be put back on sale.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity and good condition of the goods at the time of delivery. In the event that the goods are damaged or do not comply with the quantities ordered, the customer must immediately report it to the carrier and sign the delivery document with reserve as well as inform Cammalleri Store at the email address info@cammallerishop.com
Within 3 days of delivery, Cammalleri will, after verification, replace any missing or damaged goods in accordance with the customer's order.
The customer can choose delivery to the desired address, from 9:00 to 18:00 or request the collection from Bartolini or GLS, which consists in the collection of the goods by the customer, at the GLS and Bartolini branch closest to his address. .
GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The products purchased on the Cammalleri Store site are subject to the regulation on the sale of consumer goods. The delivered products comply with the characteristics illustrated online in the relative descriptive and technical data sheets.
Cammalleri Store is liable in case of conformity defects existing at the time of shipment of the goods. However, the goods travel on behalf and at the risk of the buyer, for this reason Cammalleri Store will not be deemed liable for delays or damages deriving from transport. In the event that the package arrives visibly damaged, it is necessary to collect it by signing "I accept with reserve", otherwise it will not be possible to request a refund.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with Cammalleri Store, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is recognized by the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by them on the site https://cammalleristore.com/
However, products can be returned if they have never been opened and used. They must be sent in unopened packages. The shipping costs for returning the product are charged to the customer. Products must be packaged correctly. Cammalleri Store will issue a refund when the products arrive at their destination and integrity will be checked.
EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
In the event of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the goods, Cammalleri Store reserves the right to declare this agreement as terminated, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the civil code, by sending a written communication to the customer's electronic address.

The customer will be contacted for clarification within 3 (three) working days of the request.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
This contract is regulated by the Italian law. The jurisdiction and the exclusive forum for any legal action brought by the Buyer pursuant to this guarantee or any further legal guarantees will be the Court of Caltanissetta. If Cammalleri Store prevails in a possible legal action, the plaintiff will have to reimburse Cammalleri Store for the costs, including lawyers' fees and court costs, incurred by Cammalleri Store for his defense.
In any case, it is possible to use the community website https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to find an out-of-court solution.
POSTPONEMENT
Although not expressly provided for in this contract, the current Italian law rules apply.
